I have uninstalled the Teredo Tunneling Adapter and reinstalled, I've updated the driver,it says code 10 still, and to reinstall the driver which I have tried. I cannot find the Tunneling Adapter download. Looking into it further I see that it may be a legacy feature which may not be required by Win10 as they seem to have come up.
